increase fitness, well-being and energy with a regular yoga practice

     how to begin

Anyone can do yoga; it’s an e
ngaging and enjoyable practice. Regardless of your age or physical fitness, you can do yoga. Yoga is for the very young and for the very old. Couch potatoes and athletes alike will benefit from yoga. If you can’t remember the last time you exercised, or if you think weight is an issue, be assured that yoga is also for you. Yoga postures are modified to fit the needs of the student. The idea of a yoga practice is to explore your limits and to find your edge; yoga is not about striving for some pretzel-like perfection, and it’s not about drowning in esoteric teachings. In your first yoga session, you'll be guided into postures using safe alignment principles. You'll learn how to connect to your breath and how  to relax deeply. Leave your first yoga class a bright, fresh, alive, and vibrant you! Let yoga make a difference in your life; take that first step into a whole new world by arranging a yoga class with me (the first class is free).

elf-acceptance. Flexible body - flexible mind.

complete detoxification:

The combination of breath and movement flushes the build up of toxins from the body, both man made and natural. The breath helps to stretch and relax the muscles, plus it massages the internal organs. A yoga practice optimises the blood supply full of fresh nutrients to the entire body. It is a fine tuning that releases tension that accumulates in the skeletal-muscular system from our habitual movements. Freeing the flow of energy in the body alone contributes to a calmer mind, a brighter complexion and a relaxed demeanour.
